Hal House is a bit different from our other program homes. This home houses 3 men and 1 woman. We do not hold a lease on this property, but rather, we are there in a supportive manner. The property owner in very much involved in the process. We primarily take on the case management piece of this house.

Hal house came into existance prior to our corporation coming into existance. When the property owner learned of what we were doing, he asked if we would oversee his home leaving him only to worry about collecting rents from each individual.

With two of our board members residing there as house managers, we have truely taken a hands on approach to the Hal house.

Although things are a bit different in the Hal house each resident is still expected to meet certain obligations just as in the other 2 houses.

The biggest difference with Hal House is that it is a permenant supportive housing model. All of the residents who reside at the Hal House have the option of remaining there on a permenant basis.
