Code of Conduct

I understand and agree to the following and understand that later I will be asked to commit to a more full and complete list of house rules and to educational residential agreement as well as to fill out a more complete/intake for acceptance:

  1. To live drug/alcohol free with the exceptions of medications prescribed to residents, not exceeding prescribed amount. We do not allow Methadone, Suboxone or medical or recreational marijuana.
  2. To understand that rooms may be searched and that drug screens may happen at any time and that violations could be cause for dismissal.
  3. To understand that daily chores and weekly house meetings and monthly educational meetings are mandatory.
  4. To inform and ask permission from a staff person when planning to be gone overnight. No overnights are allowed for the 30 days and after that no more than 4 nonconsecutive overnights are allowed in a 30 day period.
  5. To have visitors only on weekends from 10 A.M. to 4 P.M. for no more than 4 hours, to not invite members of the opposite sex into my room at any time, and no guests can be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. All visitors must have prior approval from the manager.
  6. To understand that physical violence, verbal abuse, harassment or any other kind of violence, theft, use or possession of firearms or weapons or lying to staff members will be cause for termination.
  7. To understand that, whether on or off premises, illegal activity will be cause for dismissal. These include but are not limited to: using or distributing or possessing illegal drugs; theft; illegal gambling; prostitution.
  8. To contribute a monthly community fee.
  9. To follow an educational and rehabilitation plan as developed by HnH which could include outside counseling and attending AA/NA meetings as appropriate.

Once this preliminary application is received it will be reviewed and applicant contacted (through the email or phone number provided on this application) as to their status prior to any interview process which starts with filling out a full application.
