This soirée is more than a celebration—it’s a chance to expand hope across Cape Cod.
On Oct 12, 2024, HnH hosted the first ever benefit concert to support the organization. HnH is so grateful to the community deeply for the outpouring of support with this sold out event!

Race to end Homelessness
Our friends at CrossFit Bass River (CFBR) in South Yarmouth hosted an event to support HnH on October 5th. Gym members, family & friends of CFBR will come together to compete or just have fun all while supporting HnH!
